Return procedure for product change:
Changes are FREE.
If you want a change, send us back the parcel with the courier you received at the recipient's expense. Your parcel must contain the original purchase receipt & a note stating what code, color and size you want to change.
Conditions for change:
1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the order.
3. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. & Be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
WITHDRAWAL:
You have the right to return the product you bought within 10 days of receipt of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal - and only if the product has not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid. Return costs are borne by the customer & must be paid for directly by you to the courier.
In case the payment of the order has been made through COD, the additional amount charged to the order will not be refunded with the above payment method, as in the case where shipping costs have been charged.
Withdrawal return procedure:
In case of withdrawal, send us back the parcel by any courier you wish at our headquarters with your own shipping costs *
Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase and a note stating the I am account you wish the money back, bank name and beneficiary.
* in case the return is due to our mistake (product manufacturing defect, wrong product shipment) our store bears the return costs.

The products arrive in our store at your own risk, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged and can not be damaged on the road!
All goods will be inspected upon return to our store.
In case a product is returned in improper condition, we will have to send it back to you.
In case a product is returned by courier that we do not work with and we charge our own, we will have to send it back to you
In case we receive the parcel with our charge, the shipping will be deducted from its return.
We recommend that you keep the receipt & the courier shipping number until your return process is complete.
Our store is obliged to return to the consumer, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days, the amount owed to the buyer. The deadline starts from the day the company received the withdrawal statement.
